Burn & Earn

FanCraze has introduced a new feature called "Burn & Earn," where you can burn certain collectibles and receive Gold Essence. But what does it mean to "burn" a collectible?

Simply put, burning is the process of permanently removing a collectible from existence, effectively reducing the serial numbers in circulation for that collectible group. ‍

What is Burn & Earn?

Burn & Earn allows you to burn eligible collectibles and receive Gold Essence.

Gold Essence can be used for:

• Discounts on pack drops (including buyback packs)
• Buying cosmetics
• Access to special IRL experiences

The number of Gold Essence you earn depends on four key attributes:

• Rarity
• Edition
• Player Level
• ‍Player Category

Higher value collectibles → More Gold Essence rewarded.

Collectibles are grouped into these categories(in-order):

1. ICC Men’s Top 10 Nations Moments (Only Common and Rare)
2. ICC Women’s Moments
3. SA20 Player Cards
4. English Counties Player Cards
5. ICC Men’s Associate Nations Moments
6. TNPL Player Cards

The higher the category, the more Gold Essence you unlock!

Note: The eligibility criteria for each Burn & Earn window will be shared with users before the drop.

How To Locate Burn & Earn?

• Go to Your Club
• Select Tradable under Collectibles tab
• On the right, click Bulk Action.
• From the dropdown, choose Burn & Earn to view eligible collectibles.

When Is Burn & Earn Available?

Burn & Earn windows now follow a fixed monthly schedule:

• 1st & 15th of every month
• Each burn window lasts 6–9 hours
• All eligible collectibles can be burned during this window
• Burning awards Gold Essence‍
• You will have personal burn limits based on your collection size

Burn Limits Based On Your Collection Size

Each Burn & Earn window comes with a personal burn limit, determined by how many Pro Collectibles you own. Larger collections unlock higher burn capacity.

Here is the burn limit structure per window:

• 1–10 Pro Collectibles: 0 burns
• 11–20 Pro Collectibles: 2 burns
• 21–30 Pro Collectibles: 3 burns
• 31–50 Pro Collectibles: 4 burns
• 51–70 Pro Collectibles: 5 burns
• 71–100 Pro Collectibles: 6 burns
• 101–140 Pro Collectibles: 7 burns
• 141–170 Pro Collectibles: 8 burns
• 171–200 Pro Collectibles: 9 burns
• 201–250 Pro Collectibles: 10 burns
• 251–300 Pro Collectibles: 12 burns
• 301–1000 Pro Collectibles: 15 burns
• 1000+ Pro Collectibles: 20 burns

More Pro Collectibles = More burns = More Gold Essence earned.
